Live Classroom Registration
Training organisations wishing to use virtual conferencing software for training, meetings, professional development, etc. can now access Live Classroom through the TAFE VC.
For an annual fee organisations will have access to the following service:
- Two virtual rooms
- Each organisation will get access to their own two rooms containing the tools for voice, application sharing, polling and whiteboarding. Rooms can be made public for guest access or require user logins.
- Unlimited user numbers - Live Classroom can be used for one-on-one meetings or for conferences with multiple participants. There is no restriction on the number of concurrent users.
- 24/7 access - Organisations can use Live Classroom at times and in time zones that best suit their users.
- Archived sessions - Live Classroom sessions can be archived and made available online or downloaded to iPod. This has many applications, including allowing sessions to be pre-recorded and released at a later date, satisfying auditor requirements and allowing end users to revisit sessions they’ve participated in. It can also be used to help Presenters practice their delivery.
- Helpdesk support - A helpdesk service operating 9:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri is available to all users of Live Classroom.
- Workshops - e-Works will offer introductory and advanced online workshops to provide training for Presenters.
- Administrative support - e-Works will create rooms and all user ids as required.
